My head since last night feels like I have it pulled into the tightest bun, yet it is down. Why is this? What can I do about it? All of this is very new to me and I keep reading that stress doesn’t help, but the whole thing is stressing me out!

When my scalp gets like this I use jojoba oil rub into scalp and leave overnight .. I find it washes out better than some other oils .. and works well in loosening the dry Lesions...
Yes our skin needs oil. Lots of oil. Coconut oil is great or any natural oil. Just put it through your hair massage and rub into scalp. Leave for as long as possible. Cover with a thin towel or wrap.
Gently scrape any flakes off your scalp with a fine comb while in the shower. It works fantastic for me.
I wear my hair shorter. It makes managing my scalp psoriasis easier.
Hi , I’ve had tightness too in my scalp. Coconut oil mixed with liquid vitamin D is great .
My Derm has given me salacylic acid with coal tar in a cream . Very soothing , everything will be ok . Please don’t worry just keep ur scalp moisturised .
I have been with a scalp outbreak, I read in my essential oils handbook, take tea tree essential oil & Almond oil. Put 20 drops in 4 oz Almond Oil. I have recently tried it and after 4 applications and hair washes, I see 80% clearer than before. I apply the oil and sleep overnight with oil on your scalp and shower and wash your scalp. I wait for a few days and the scalp might feel better, like I said, it took four times before you give up. I hope this helps you.
