When I was a very little girl I was given penicillin and was very sick with gastro problems and itchy spots. I didn't have penicillin again until I was pre-diagnosis with Epstein Barr - and I was very very sick with hot itchy red spots and other allergic responses. Psoriasis never cleared after that, except when I was pregnant.

I had a major pustular outbreak, full body, about 10 years ago when I took amoxicillin. Spent 3 days in the hospital. Didn't know I was allergic to penicillin stuff at the time. Didn't help my plaque psoriasis much either.
