I alternate between Dovobet and organic coconut oil on mine. It really seems to help me...

It seems to like the moist areas. I get it in my ears, behind my ears on base of hairline, naval and vagina. Predominantly on my scalp. I use Diprosone two to three times a week. Doesn't really clear it up, just controls it. Would like something that clears the spots newly developed since I stopped the Methotrexate because my PsA is in remission. The spots appearing on my shins and upper legs. Wish they would come up with a cure for this insidious condition.

I use Clobex mousse on my scalp and behind ears when I need it and when it gets to the weeping point you also need an antibiotic because it could be infected . Also , I use Nizoral dandruf shampo which helps keep the yeast down and helps with the healing process and try not to scratch !!!!
