Personally and generally recommended from dermatologists - stay away from soaps ! Get a non-soap product ..........

I am back to using Dove too but use Head and Shoulders for my hair and i have not had any plaque in my hair at all. Back to my question. dish soap, I won't use gloves, any suggestions. Reason I won't use gloves is the psoriasis on my hands started when i wore gloves gardening. Dish soap suggestions?
