I am on methotrexate and started enbrel just before Christmas. I have noticed that by lunchtime I’m really tired and totally fatigued. On the bright side it has really helped my knee joints as they are not so swollen now and I can actually see my knees again.I feel the pain in them has dramatically reduced so I’m pleased in that respect just wish for more energy as all I want to do is sleep 😴

Hi shez, yes I get tired and totally fatigued....by noon every day.
I just want to sleep,not sure if my wife and family believe me.
It is a bit frustrating because I think am I just being lazy or is this tiredness real.
I know it's real when I read others comments that reflect my own experiences.

Fatigue...but my wife isn't convinced!!
Seriously, I get tired and some dizzy spells. Problem is, I am also on methotrexate so don't know which is causing these effects.
