I know it says alcohol is bad for break outs but do any of you drink and have you had side effects?

I have had psoriasis for 40 years since I was 8, I have a drink and haven't found that it makes mine worse, lots of stress is what makes mine go mad

Same here, alcohol seems to have no negative effect. In fact my experience has been that red wine actually seems to trigger less not more inflammation!

I have had psoriasis for 62 years and have never found having a few drinks has made it worse . the cold or when its going to rain has made the arthritis worse

they say anything is bad i smoke they say i go phoriasis because of that iv had phoriasis for 27 years and been smoking for ten years so how can it be that
