Yes it can work on shins and calves but as I've said earlier its slow as only a small area is treated at a time and you need to do daily for a while to get significant improvements. each treatment takes 30 mins and the battery lasts for 4 of these. Effectively that means you can treat 4 small areas per day so best to concentrate an area at a time and do daily until you get some clearance, then move on to the next area. your feet should respond well I'd say. My hands did.

Thanks, that's helpful. I'm not worried about my torso but my legs are a problem. If I could get my feet clear at least I could wear flip flops. Do you think it could also work on shins and calves?

Yes. I have one. It works well for small areas on the limbs but not for the body or if you have larger areas affected. If they offered appliances with more coverage I would probably be more positive about it. It is currently really only suitable I'd say for minor symptoms because it is so small and each treatment time is 30 mins.
