I am trying to ask all PsA sufferers to try 'Golden Paste' it has been a revelation for me (as long as I take it daily), please give it a try there are Turmeric support groups on FaceBook of just Google it and give it a try, it can take 2/3 weeks to start working, but, it is SO worth persevering .
I am so glad you mentioned the sternum pain. Before I was diagnosed I had been to the dr many times about chest pain and many times was really nervous about it however all X-rays/ bloody tests etc all came back clear. I call it "roaming" for here to there, you really not know where it will show up the next time. :)
