Members shared a wide variety of natural bath treatments for psoriasis, with Epsom salts, Dead Sea salts, and coconut oil being the most commonly recommended options. Several members also praised oatmeal baths, baking soda, lavender essential oil, and tea tree oil for soothing itch and tightness, while many noted they prefer showers over baths due to joint pain or mobility challenges. A recurring theme was the importance of moisturizing immediately after bathing and finding what works for your own skin, since reactions can vary greatly from person to person.

Shower or bath,I use a tea tree/ oatmeal soap from a company called Buff City Soap Co. It's handmade and is very soothing and moisturizing. My outbreak looks so much better when I use the soap and follow up with coconut oil. Hope that helps.

I use Epsom and Himalayan salt. Epsom salt isn't as costly as Himalayan. I am trying the alkaline diet and my skin is starting to clear. There are some foods and drinks I can't give up completely so I limit myself.
