How Does Warm Weather Affect Your Psoriasis? How Do You Stay Cool?

I sunbathe as much as possible. As soon as the sun arrives you will find me out on my back patio soaking up the rays. Sun is good for me xx

I find witch hazel to be very cooling and helpful on my psoriasis when it gets hot. My psoriasis flares up in the heat and the cold. Getting sunburnt causes me a hell of a lot of pain. I think ten minutes per day exposure to the sun is beneficial.

The warm weather makes me itch,if im at home i use a frozen water bottle to rub over itchy ares to avoid scratching

My psoriatic arthritis is terrible in Massachusetts only when it is Humid and above 80 degrees or below 30 degrees. I find that my body responds much better to moderate dry temperatures

Cold weather is horrible for me but I stilled get psoriasis flares anytime of the year. The sunlight does help some but due to meds I'm on I can't be out in the sun very long
