I have the same, its horrible, was on something not long back and it said rub vix in your toe nails st night then put socks on, and do the same with fingers and put gloves on, said they may go yellow before get better, may take a few weeks, x

I have had difficulty with nail psoriasis for years - gets better, then comes back. I now have psoriatic arthritis in my wrists, fingers and ankles/toes. That has been worse, I think. I found that I could not use fingernail polish and wore rubber gloves when did dishes, etc.. I always try to dry them well and then applied cortisone cream.

I got psoriasis when I was 19, I'm now 46 . I had it in my finger nails and toe nails, my doctor kept saying its a fungal nail infection, I said its psoriasis, they kept taking clippings and each time came back ok, my doctor still put me on fungal nail tablets, terbinafine, 6 months at a time, and they cleared, then I was in pain with my feet,ankles etc, same doctor said its because you are overweight, kept going back, then saw a medical programme on TV where a 22 year old just had a baby and same symptoms as myself, they diagnosed her with psoriatic arthritis, so I went back doctors, she referred me to a consultant at hospital, I was there 3 minutes and she said you have psoriatic arthritis, what a relief, she also said its not a fungal nail infection in your nails its psoriasis, but keep taking the tablets they gave for fungal nail if its helping, I carnt now at minute as I'm on antidepressants after my boyfriend died suddenly, sorry its a long message but I just don't trust my doctors at my surgery anymore,

Enbrel cleared my fingernail issues in a couple of weeks.
