One of my family members is an eye doctor and she has told me it does affect eyes. It can make eyes red hurt and be very sensitive to light. I have always kept light in my home low as I have never liked a bright light. I would check with my doctor about it

I've had really bad psoriasis on my eyelids which was horrible. I'd wake up in the morning and open my eyes and the skin would tear! Unpleasant way to start the day..... ended up going away after I changed my diet and stopped drinking alcohol & caffine. Not saying that will help anyone else but it worked for me. Hasn't been as bad but still get it there when I'm rundown.

Depends on where in the eye the problem is. I have Uveitis in the posteria, and it is not painful like the iritis is. Not sure of spelling.

Uveitis and iritis can be involved with psoriasis and psoriatic arthritis. Inflammation in eye. Very painful.
