Steroid creams should not be.used daily, that a question I has ased two.physicans. may be get that re evaluated. Although it is very effect steroid use is not good in the.long term use.

I use Dermol on my body prescribed by doc. It can be used like soap in the shower then as a body lotion. On my face I just use my favourite moisturisers, at the moment I'm a big temple spa fan. My doctor said I should use dermol on the scaly skin and let it soak in for about 5/10 minutes then use dovobet. I'm having light treatment too at the moment. Have had 18 sessions up to now and am just starting to see an improvement 6 sessions to go so hoping for some good results. I was on acitetren earlier this year which suppresses your immune system. Awful side effects and it has left me with permanent dry eyes.
