I've tried multiple creams and injections. I've done a lot of medicines too. I am now psoriasis free with doing stelara injections every 12 weeks. It's the only thing that has worked and (knock on wood) has been working. I like stelara because you don't have to do the injections once a week or once a month. Mine would get really thick and bleed and would be sore for weeks. Although I love stelara, it hasn't done much for the severe progression of the psoriatic arthritis but I'm working with a new rheumatologist on some medicines to help. I am just glad to be psoriasis free. It was very embarrassing for me. And I couldn't stand the stares or comments and having to constantly be covered in fear of someone seeing it. Hope this helps.

Hi there anything with coal tar works very good on the skin .It doesn’t smell pleasant but it usually clears skin in a couple of weeks .Also try cutting out alcohol,sugar and I’m sure u will see a great difference .At the min my skin is clear cause the sun does it a lot of good .I also recommend moisturising twice daily to keep ur skin from drying out

I started Enstilar spray foam 2 weeks ago and my skin is greatly improved. I’m also doing photo therapy. This was prescribed by a top dermatologist at Yale.

Try using petroleum jelly or Vaseline.It helped me to sooth my skin.
