I have it spread into my ears when it gets bad, I use Otomize ear spry, it is prescription only but it works, it stops the pain and the itching, and as a bonus it helps clear the build up of wax, hope this helps.

I get it in my ears bad. I use olive oil drops before going to bed.after a week I have great releaf

I put my scalp lotion on my ears almost daily to stop the itching. Helps me. But it's awful I know. My neck too.

Ever try rinsing your ears out with hydrogen peroxide? It does not hurt and the "foaming/bubbling" helps remove wax and debris while killing any bacteria present. Keep rinsing until the bubbling stops. Then apply a psoriasis cream. I would get ear infections from the psoriasis in my ears which would cause my face to swell, very painful. This works for me :).
