Why has my skin become more itchy at night over the past two weeks?
I wake up the middle of the night scratching my skin and when I wake in the morning there is blood on my sheets. What am I doing wrong and what can I do to help? It hasn't been this itchy since I first got psoriasis.
I find that if I go to bed with very dry skin then I will itch and scratch.
I try to moisturise a few hours before finally getting to bed.

On my doctors only recommendation, I use my steroid ointment with a light bandage dressing. My wrists are the worst with itching and bleeding along with my thumbs. She told me to lightly wrap the areas with gauze and use my ointment.
I have been told by my son that winter is the worse time for psoriasis . I don't if that is it or not but thought I would mention it.
I was given white cotton like referees gloves
Did anyone here recently change their biologic treatment for psoriasis or psoriatic arthritis?
What else can make you unexpectedly itch quite a bit besides psoriasis?
How come I don't it's much and then as soon as I lay down I started
