I am curious, does PF and PSA go together? I have had intense pain in my feet and just assumed it's PSA. Will definitely be asking rheumy next week.

I got professionally made inserts about 3 yrs. ago during a bout of P-fasciitis. It started improving right away, and I have not had a problem since (do not wear them when having no problems). This was about the 3rd time with it, and it has not recurred.

Orthotics were the best thing that has happened to me- he used the scan, they’re rigid plastic orthotics! No more P-fasciitis

Oofas are great and recommended by my podiatrist. Also, look into Birkenstock’s and my favorites, Finn. Built in support for plantar fasciitis. Vionics are great or get custom orthodics made and put them in any shoe.
