Any Tips ?

Any Tips ?

Hi All,
My partner suffers with Psorisis and it has flared up quite a lot over the past few weeks. She keeps onto of it with her diet but stress seems to set it off and she has been quite stressed lately. She tries not to use any creams but I have convinced her to try Vitamin D tablets and this did help a little. Does anyone have any other tips that she could use to reduce ?

my psoriasis came from a PTSD type of event...lasted for many years....everyone suggested allergy to wheat or dairy, so I tried to cut out wheat and then dairy and neither showed a significant change. All natural shea butter every night on the palms of my hands kept me comfortable...trying to remove any stress from my life seems to be my answer....my hands are almost like new! I take 5-HTP, 200mg (3) pills per day from the health food store and all combined, I feel like the old me! good luck

Depends where it is, I have psoriasis on my hands and an emollient such as dermol (prescription) or Aveeno (the green bottle) with vaseline on top helps them not crack.

Im going to give coconut oil a try. I started off with guttate psoriasis years ago with tonsilitis but now its appeared this year just gone with stress. I never had it appear on my face but its there now and i have patches all over my legs. I wonder where else it is after reading ppls stories here. I never realised the extent of this at all.
