Be careful not to blow up your liver. Vitamins A, D, E and K are fat soluble. They are not flushed out of your body like the others. They must be processed by your liver. I know many people who damaged their livers by taking massive doses.

My internist has told be to increase my D3 to 10,000 mg. I was on 2,000 and increased to 5,000. Blood work saws it is working an helping. So for some it could be helpful, under a doctors care.

If ur truely deficient taking1,ooou is not enough. i take 50,000u.
