So.....hoping this helps someone..ive experienced the pain the dry itchy red spots that appear from no where and stick to my elbows and the cold weather that makes it worse....the dr. Throwing me on everything doing light therapy...them guessing really...and medical tesring medication omg i felt like a guinea pig...so i started to try and diagnose my self..because it doesnt make since... One thing i noticed it did run in my family but at different times my daughter started when she was just 6...me i started last may....i could go through how many hours and days i researched people going through what I did what works what doesnt ...trying to not lean on big pharma to make me better..trying to do it naturally...come to find out i tell my daughter who is 19 now again shes been battling it since she was 6 and has tried everything...not once did a dr. Say hey maybe its ur gut? Maybe its something ur eating and you might be allergic and its coming out in ur skin...sometimes people eat something for so long you become not able to eat it some give you bad reactions...this isnt ur normal allergic reaction im thinkin this is deeper then that...so i tell her stop eating gluten for 2 weeks and see what happeneds? I lid u not she started clearing immediately....3 months down and shes clear not a patch anywhere? Im clearing up as well... Its hard not to eat gluten and if u do u feel it in ur skin burning...its crazy...so im gluten free and now psorisis free... Its the best thing ever and i asked why the dr. Never put 2 and 2 together hmmmm rash hmmmm let me send her to allergy...the dermatologisylt said your primary care is in charge or referring you to an allergist i cant....but if something is wrong with our skin the dr sends is to dermatology and they dont mention allergist at all... So its a vicious cycle...i know im not a dr. And not saying this is a cure for everyone...but it may work for someone good luck god bless

By experience ive come to the conclution that not all drs and specialist are clued up about psoriasis. It is an auto imune disease that are so far reaching and causes havoc on your body inside and out. Ive learned to go with the flow. If im in pain I get in to bed. When im better I catch up with mu chores. If I am losing head I climb on my quadbike and drive on the farm until my mood feels better!

Exactly and im not a dr. At all but it has helped count less others i have told..and if gluten doeant make a differance...its the LGS...leaky gut syndrome so you need to follow a diet and vitamins to help heal ur gut so it can stop leaking toxins in ur skin...start with gluten free diet and more plant based diet good luck God bless
