Yes, Avoiding gluten, dairy and night shades, sugar and carb has help me clear my psoriasis. 80% alkaline diet and 20% carb and acidic food. Thats has helped me control it .
I learned from my research that healing intestine and gut helps with inflammation and psoriasis.

The more I stay away from wheat products, the better I feel. I also experience flare ups if I drink soda or eat potato chips. Look into the idea of reducing night shade vegetables in your diet. Lots of people with autoimmune disorders have sensitivities to them.

I am gluten free and I also stay away from tomato. I used to keep a food diary when I first developed symptoms and those two were frequently ingested prior to having a "flare up".

I am staying away from bread and tomatoes. I am still figuring out what else causes the flare ups . Thanks for all the tips
