All the ones I've tried are greasy smell horrible and dont work. The shots are great but lower my immune system too much.

I would never take injections. I use a cortisone cream and have a steroid one too. I also have oatmeal soap and use coconut cream. Hope that helped a little! Also, read that Vitamin B12 is good to take for the immune system. Hope that helped a little! Feel better!

I only have had it in the base of my scalp. I use T-tell shampoo out coconut oil. If my back hurts, I use Salonpas with lidocaine or Biofreeze!

I'd try Shea butter, either straight or in a thick cream. I make a body butter myself (2 parts shea butter, 1 part hemp oil, 1 part jojoba... and a little bit of zinc and extra vitamin e) that seems to work well for me as far as moisturizing, the zinc makes it a less greasy (though I find body butters seem to dry pretty quickly compared to petroleum jelly). I still use petroleum jelly at night though.

I use anything with lidocaine. Another one I find effective is biofreeze! It works and isn’t greasy. I put it on at night!
