Diets And Vitamins?

A MyPsoriasisTeam Member asked a question 💭

So I heard certian diets can help with flare ups.
Being gluten free, vegan, eating a keto diet.
Celery and aloe juice.
Vitamin D or B12.
What are some foods to avoid, foods that are safe and vitamins that help?

Yes yes yes,, food definitely affects psoriasis,, I’ve had it 35 years argued with doctors for most of that time about food affecting me.. Then a refactoring celiac diagnosis 18 years ago.. no gluten for me ,
however sugar affects flare up most of all,
Celery juice help with the internal inflammation.

I am down only eating gluten once a week. Cooking with turmeric helps, as does ginger, garlic. Pineapple has a natural enzyme that helps with inflammation.
