Any Advice For Flare Ups And Swelling When Traveling And Extremely Cracked Skin

I have psoriosis on both my feet Everytime I travel my feet flare up and swell, I also get flare ups on my hands and my fingers swell occasionally any advice to help prevent it. I also have huge cracks in my skin on the bottoms of both feet making extremely difficult to walk and do everyday life I'm really at a loss on what to do to help the healing process. When my feet crack, I use non stick pads, neosporion, and flex wrap, socks and shoes it helps to walk without the pain. Good luck to you!

Have you tried wet bandages with the steroids when they are bad? I also find that a warm Epsom salts bath with coconut oil provides relief for a few hours. Well fitting running shoes seem to be the most comfortable shoes for me. I too have this on my feet and hands.

Yes the Epsom salt helps for a bit like you said. I haven't tried wet bandages. I'm willing to try anything to get some relief. I may also get some better shoes. Thank you so much!
