I had great sucess w light therapy. My insurance had limit on how often. I have alao used tanning bed. Also great sucess. I used sunscreen to help protect skin. Now its summer time i try sit outside get some natural sun. Helps me greatly. Ive always been told to put lotion on plaques to help the light. Works for me! Best luck w light therapy !

It does work when provided incrementally and safely by trained nurses.
Ordinary tanning machines won’t work the same way, it must be narrow band uvb.

I've got a sun bed with the medical UVB tubes fitted and it helps me to keep it under control.

Yes. Very effective. Cleared up totally and stayed clear for 3 years. If your insurance will pay for it definitely give it a try.
