It is really trial and error because we all react so differently to meds. Try some cortisone cream and any cream or ointment that contains salicylic acid. Sometimes A&D ointment can be soothing. Psoriasin sometimes helps the plaques but can sting as it contains coal tar...I hope you find something that helps you.

Nice. I use a product called "Climb On!" bar from Skinourishment. A small company in texas. They are really nice. I like it because it is waxy not creamy-although they have a more creamy version. But it really works well to soften everything up and my skin always tries so hard to heal when I use it. Also I use Aquaphor because I can get it from the grocery store pharmacy section.

I could not afford my biologic. My insurance although I have it was no help at all. I went to a company called Aɓbvie Assist They were able to get me the biologic.

Topical vitamin D helps keep my flaking down and is inexpensive! I don’t have any brand recommendations though.

I took athletes foot power spray..and put it on my break out spots..you know..it helped better than the steroid cream I have..I have nothing else but steroid pills and cream now until this virus lifts..and I get to go to a dermatologist and rheumatologist..but I stopped itching and it looked better overnight..just saying
