My Son's Psoriasis Has Travelled To His Feet. It Is So Bad He Cannot Wear Shoes Any More.

It is on the top and bottom of his feet and is painful to walk. Has anyone else had this and if so .... how did you deal with it please

I have psoriasis on my feet really bad as well. I thought my hands were bad enough but my feet were way worse. I limits what I can do. I’ve used about everything out there. It’ll clear up off and on. But always comes back. ClaireMounsyHarris, that is very good advice. I take methotrexate injections, steroid cream and cymbalta. For natural things that I use to help is teatree oil. Apple cider vinegar, heavy duty moisturizers , etc.... A big key is to keep your skin moistened. If you don’t your skin will crack & bust open causing lesions.

Soak feet in Apple cider vinegar for 20 to 30 minutes. Wash feet with pine tar soap, rinse well, blot dry, then use A&D ointment. Smear it on, all over feet top and bottom and between toes. Put on white socks. Do this 3x a week and you will see results and improvement. You can use this on your entire body and your hair. Use 1 cup of apple cider vinegar in a tub to soak your entire body. Use the same soap and A&D ointment on everything. It works!

When I had it on the bottoms of my feet, I used neosporin and non-stick pads then flex wrap! It made walking more bearable!

Hi Deborah, I too have it on the bottom of my feet! I’ve had it for about six years, it was so bad I could barely walk myself! Then the psoriatic arthritis came on! I used every cream out there, and drugs for the arthritis! Today I don’t take any medication for the arthritis or psoriasis! I went from barely walking to running! This is what works for me, my feet might peel a little bit but no cracks or bleeding! I take CBD oil 1500 mg for the arthritis! As for the psoriasis, I drink straight celery juice in the morning a half hour before I eat breakfast! I just bought a $65.00 juicer and it works like a charm! I buy organic celery at Whole Foods , it cost a $1.99 a piece! It works so good! Look up on FB Medical Medium, it will give you all the info about it! Good Luck!🤗

I have it on my hands and feet. last fall mine was so bad my feet bled they were cracked so badly. For me personally the only salvation I had was 100% cotton socks, massive pure lanolin, and bedroom shoes that had memory foam. I was still in pain, but I could walk without feeling like I was going to cry. It's very hard for people to understand because they can't see your feet or understand how painful feet peeling can be to someone. I also could barely get my feet wet without wanting to scream it was like alcohol in a wound. I washed my feet with Eucerin Skin Calming Body Wash when my feet were bleeding and we're cut really badly. I pray something I've said will help. Definitely don't use any salt scrubs 😭 I did because someone told me to and I thought I had just been stabbed!!! When I'm majorly inflamed my Dermatologist would have me soak in warm salt water and then lather up with lanolin and cotton socks and (gloves). fingers crossed something helps... 🤞🤞🤞
