I had pain on top and bottom. I use massage, self stretching, tennis ball pressure for bottom and bands and massage for upper outer pain. I also is my CBD extra strong version, I make, on the recovery and now my pain is fading away! I use foot stretching therapy used in healing for injury classes and bands.
