Golden Milk?

A MyPsoriasisTeam Member asked a question 💭
Prosser, WA

I hope I am not repeating a question someone may have asked. Has anyone tried the turmeric milk? I think it's called Golden Milk. I would think it's bitter. If you have, does it help some with inflammation and how do you sweeten or keep the bitter out? How much should I use? I don't drink much milk and mostly use almond when I do.

You are so right. What may work for someone may not for someone else. It may be a soothing treat drink and that in itself is a good thing.

Thank you. I talked to my RA doctor today and she said it's not going to help me but if I want to for just a healthy drink, go ahead.

I’ve never heard of it but there are so many new milk products on the market these days. You can probably google a recipe for it to use your almond milk.
