Does anyone have palmoplantar psoriasis. What medication works for you. Is taking ammunosuppresants worthvthe risk

I am having a bad week i cant walk my feet are cracked and bleeding . Currently am ising moisturiser and nigjt and morning syeroid creams . There not helping at all.
I have been offered either a psoriasis medication tablet i think . Or immunosuppresant medication but i dont know about either . Any imput would be appeeciated . I take 3 types of insulin and beta blockers so am nervous about medication .

You can mix your steroid cream with your moisturizer. Be sure to get Urea 40 cream. Katherine

Use Pursource Urea 40% cream daily. Also use Lantiseptic cream daily. Wear cotton socks always. Get it at Amazon. This works❣️
