Personally I believe it’s because when both your PsA & PsO are flaring it’s hard to not notice the pain and impact.
When I find myself in that situation I endeavour to loose myself in one of my hobbies e.g. gardening or electronics. It sometimes requires me taking paracetamol and or ibuprofen to ‘transition’….
