our bodies are built to deal with 1 TEASPOON of added sugar per day. more than that gets stored as fat or burned as energy if needed. Glucose is made in the pancreas and sent to our brain as fuel.

i think i may need sugar... had a Glucosamine and Chondroitin Test once. The results came back just Fine.

moving muscle groups is good for reducing sugar that is stored in muscles. I don't think it is a cause of psoriasis. It is 99.9% genetic.
