What’s The Biggest Life Hack That Has Helped You Manage Your Condition?
My biggest life hack that has helped is doing coffee enemas and the infrared saunas. Our bodies need to release toxins & this is a great way. Also daily Exercise. Diet & lifestyle is huge, but if your body is not eliminating then it can’t heal. Also need to test for pathogens…
I now see a functional doctor that specializes in dermatology & with stool & urine test she found I had various bacterias that needed to be addressed. I have been healing by addressing the H. Pylori, candida, staphylococcus, & mycotoxins…
This is why meds don’t always work because they are a band-aid to the root cause.
My biggest hack was when I found out that sugar was the main culprit in my psoriasis condition.
Went on a relatively strict sugar limiting diet and within 6 to 7 months the psoriasis cleared up about 95%.
Now I do use some sugar but manage and control my intake.
Biggest recent life hack has been an inversion table. With the arthritis in spine taking 3 inches of height away and leaving a pinched nerve, a couple minutes at less than -15 degrees is an incredible blessing and I can walk tall again when I get back up from it. Several health conditions should give you pause before you consider this and especially cardiac conditions. The amount of time spent inverted as we age should be reduced as well as well as the angle we invert to. You may want to talk with your MD and/or PT before you spend a couple hundred on this but if it's for you, you'll be happy to give up some floor space for it.
I have been using Intensive repairing socks for me feet to cure the out breaks with hard skin it has coconut oil, Milk Extract, and Hyaluronic Acid. Lifesaver!!!
very interesting. Sugar in excess can cause a wide variety of problems.
