Sounds like pustular Ps. There is at least one good article on pustular psoriasis on this sight in the archives- you'll want to read it.

Anne7 hello, yes my husband gets lumps on his finger tips, down his fingers and all over his body. Ralph's hand swells up so he can not close his hands. The other day Ralph's foot swelled up and had a hard time trying to wear his shoes for work. His skin breaks down but his skin doesn't peel .I only wish there was a cure, my heart goes out for all who has this disease. Ralph tried sodium bicarbonate and Selsun gel in a warm bath . If you don't have a bath mix sodium bicarbonate with some Selsun gel leave on for at least 10 minutes, hop in the shower and just let the water take the mixture away without rubbing the mixture off you're skin. Ralph said it helped to relieve the itch and it was more bearable and the itch went away in up to 15 minutes. Pinetarsol soap or the bath fluid, Ralph soaking in the bath for a while had helped Ralph with his psoriasis in the same way as Selsun and sodium bicarbonate. He had put aloe Vera rubbed in to his skin. I also thought Bentonite Clay which has minerals in the clay will help with the top suggestions, you can add a teaspoon in spring water or a smoothly. I hope these suggestions will help you and others if you want to try them for psoriasis.
