The Word "Disease" can be used in may different Ways. This is Concerning because Our Condition may-be Specific and not Fit the Criteria of Disease.
I Believe the Word Disease is a Professional Term that has Branched out into Civilian Territory and Allowed to be Perverted for the Glamorous Article.
I Find it to be Stereotypical and the Snoozy Way to describe the Unknown..

Here is a Tid-bit of Information I was able to find on the Web:
The Prefix "Dis" means, "not or none". The Suffix "ease" means, "absence of difficulty or effort".

I don't think it's slang. I mean, slang for what? slang is usually a shortened version of the word or something that means the same as one specific thing.
