Does Fibromyalgia Go With PsA?

Does Fibromyalgia Go With PsA?

I ache all over and I have not done much work.

From what I’ve seen, many times it does. I bought myself a tens unit unit and it helps me so much! Make sure to purchase some extra pads at the same time.

When you eat a low oxalate diet your body starts to dump. It will pull from your muscles and tissue and move it through your lymphatic system. Your urine will be cloudy and your poop will float when oxalates are flushing out. You will have random pains all over that last for a few seconds to a few hours.

I still have not gone back to staying on track with good eating since the surgery. No veggies either. My stomach refuses. My salmon went into the freezer. The apple crisp a friend brought is almost gone! And the weight when up. PsA not affected.

I just learned that oxalates cause Parkinson's and macular degeneration. And that another sign of dumping or detoxing is eye crunchies in the morning. I have really big crunchies some mornings. so real dairy has none and peaches have none. meat and poultry have none. I'm watching my diet carefully most days but just a cheat day gets me going on the eye crunchies again but I'm glad they are leaving instead of staying in my eyes.

Hey, add the surgery to the mix! 12 hours of sleep and I am still tired. I have all of the mix. PsA on some joints and Os on the knees and shoulders. Fibro goes with it I have been told. I normally can hold a conversation with the doctors. Right now I can not even remember which kitten I am talking to. Good that I call hubby, honey all the time. First one was David, this one Daniel. Easy to mix the names.
