Our bodies need glucose but not that much. Starch and carbs turn to sugar in our body. So no sugar is next to impossible. Keep it low and keep it real. Organic cane sugar is light brown. Don't eat white sugar.

Sugar free is worse than sugar as it contains fake sugar that can raise blood pressure and cause all kinds of reactions.
Organic cane sugar is best if you are gonna sugar it up, don't use table sugar or sugar beet sugar. These are bleached and anti caking is added. Just more stuff for your body to have to deal with. Cut is way down but know your levels.
As in blood sugar levels. Ask your doctor for a fasting insulin test. This is not commonly done but it will tell you what is in your blood. Ask for an alternate to the glucose orange drink. Its mostly chemicals and dyes and it can give a false positive.
