If I eat something that I'm allergic to my skin will get so extremely dry from the top of my head to the tip of my feet. I can't apply enough lotion it just dries up. I've never seen wrinkles form as fast as when I have a flare.

Since the steroid epidural injection I received at the middle of December 2019 has progressed yes getting worse my feet and halfway up my shins would turn red and then my toes start turning purple the pain is a terrible you set your butt down and you immediately start taking care of it. Now that winter is here and it's getting colder I am feeling the change the Raw neurological pain like a cold feeling of severe pain ache. Immediately elevate my feet and I wrap them and Heat I personally can't even touch anywhere on my feet or anywhere on my shins the pain is excruciating and just don't do it. I could really use a Special Touch from an angel right now. For God so loved the world that he gave his only begotten son and Whom Shall ever believe in him shall not perish but have everlasting life amen PS the good thing is I only cried half a cup full of water this time while riding my usual is one cup that's a good day. I guess when Jesus put my feet back down on the ground from the one set of footprints in the sand in a little bit too warm haha
