I have psoriasis in my scalp and I was wondering if there is a shampoo out there that can help it ?

MD 217 is a good OTC shampoo (doesn’t change hair color)…the tar smell is not so bad

OTC Denorex with coal tar helped with flakes and itch. I have also read shampoos with salicylic acid loosens plaques. I had a Rx for Clobestol, but wasn't going to pay $80. I have no insurance, but if you do ask your Dr. about a Rx.
