Dan and I were going to have the red light therapy. It looks like a tanning bed. Lay in it with only shades over your eyes. 15 minutes later you get dressed. No difference in feeling. Some people said that they lost weight. We bought a dozen trips each. We heard so much good about it. Dan does not want to go anymore. He was sick for 9 months last year. So now I will go alone. Paying for a gym where I injured my shoulder almost 3 years ago, too. If the knees are not good, I can not do much with one arm sitting down.
I did pitch the stem cells question to the whole team. But not the red light therapy.
Blood extracted from yourself does not contain enough stem cells for one injection. You would need several shots compared to cord stem cells. This is according to the first Plasma/ortho MD that I have talked to, so far. Of course he only uses cord cells at $1,000's of dollars per shot! $4,000 and up, no insurance coverage.
Do not roll your truffles in cocoa. As you put one into your mouth, I inhale. The dust hits the back of your throat making you cough. Another candy is peanut butter centers dipped in chocolate. Guess that I love chocolates! The darker the better and healthier.
Nice thing about not having a party for Christmas was that I did not bake or eat the goodies! I make truffles!
Stem cells from your own body must be counted. You would need several injections of your own blood to equal what stem cells from cords will make.
I read an article about how a person's own stem cells can be removed from fat cells. I have plenty to spare. 😆
Interested in reading more about your time with the light, too. I’ve been reading about this also and have written about my experience with it. Find more by searching RLT here. There are even some medical studies on red and infrared LED and psoriasis.
For more on stem cells and p, search Reddit, I saw some posts there.
