I have degenerative back disease and scoliosis in he lumbar vertebrae. Can I also have PsA in the back and neck?

Yes it can be in the back. Basically anywhere there is a joint. Ankylosing spondylitis Is also common I believe from what I’ve read.

Yes my psoriatic arthritis started in my neck and I just had surgery to fuse my si joint.
