I am so lucky that I have a very supportive husband. I really enjoy roasted vegetables, I avoid potatoes and rice, but I'm quite happy eating roasted cauliflower with zucchini and red bell peppers, it does make me feel lighter and more energetic. I've never been a big meat eater. He cooks anything I want, and does a wicked ratatouille on gnocchi

As I said above it's "clean eating". It does not approve of any Heavily processed foods. Mostly whole foods. They pretty much do away with all white flower and sugar.. They have hundreds of recipes. You do need to cook your meals. And you must eat three full meals per day. I did what is called the reset as a jump start to their plans. Next week I will be slowly adding things back like dairy , grain And red meat Slow and easy so you can identhich foods bother you "Release" Is a dietary supplement taken with each meal? It helps you feel satisfied and not hungry between meals. It is not a chemical stimulant. It is made up of plants and it does not make your heart race. I have had no problem so far with the portions are large. And I have not eaten three meals a day since I was a child. It takes some getting used to but there aren't any foods off limits. It teaches you portion control and how to use the kind of foods that got your fat in the first place should be eaten or limited in moderation

Nothing is processed that you eat.

@A MyPsoriasisTeam Member, that is all we can do, the best we can. The journey is not easy and sometimes difficult. I am glad that you are still able to workout, etc., if you do not mind my asking, what type of psoriasis do you have? I know how painful and uncomfortable it can be.🤣 I am having a surgical/ medical procedure done tomorrow, say some extra prayers for me ok? I need them, I just hope everything will be ok. Take care Art😇

@A MyPsoriasisTeam Member the French say never eat anything with more than 6 ingredients (when it is pre-prepared or processed foods), I'd never really thought about that before, but now I look. A packet of crackers can have like 12 ingredients!! maybe you could try a tin of ratatouille and have it on toast with melted cheese on top, just like a pizza!
