London, UK

i had psoriasis. But after using steroid cream I have developed candida overgrowth and subsequently psoriatic arthritis.

I am managing the psoriatic arthritis by using oregano oil 3 times a day (unfortunately not a cure) and strict diet.

I tried nystatin and fluconazole 50mg to clear the candida but it makes the psoriatic arthritis worse, so I had to give up.

Any ideas on how to clear the candida overgrowth and hopefully calm the arthritis down?
