Sorry this is happening to you - I would go see my Dermatologist if it has gotten that bad you may need more help than the over the counter solutions. The only other things you can do is try and reduce stress (not easy) and maybe look at dietary triggers - we all have different ones - some are dairy some are meat some are gluten but you won't know till you cut out things to see what works.
