Topicals only worked a short time for me. I tried 14 different ones most of which are no longer available. Hmmm?

The topical my dermatologist before I moved worked because it doesn't thin skin. Then next dermatologist nixed that, prescribed useless expensive topical (he and I split doctor patient relationship when he prescribed Methotrexate as substitute for Cosentyx). I now use herbal and essential oil topicals, Manuka Honey salve, and lubriderm. That doctor (?) and rheumatologist treatment (or lack of ) last year resulted in toxic use of NSAIDs (tylenol, advil) so I only use topical pain killers (comfrey, arnica, peppermint & copaiba, frankincense, and citronella).
