I have used coal tar shampoo a long time ago. It was harsh on my hair, hated the smell and didn't help the scalp psoriasis. I talked with my stylist who also had psoriasis and psoriatic arthritis and she pointed me in direction of non medicated shampoo that was healthy for hair and scalp.

Yes I used coal tar with dithranol as cream, it's very foul smell🥵

I used medicated coal Tar shampoo. It burnt the heck out of scalp and dry my hair out more so lost more. I don't remember the smell as clearly as the burning. Anyone want a bottle minus 1 wash? 😊
