Dress warm when outside but not overdressing to cause sweat. Shower in warm water being sure to rinse off all soaps or body washes. Do not use perfumed soaps or washes. Take short showers, not baths, as hot and long showers can trigger outbreaks. Pat your skin dry, not rubbing it. Lotion dry areas as needed.
