There's no rhyme nor reason to it. Cold or hot. I can be freezing, grab a blanket and turn the heat on, then need the air conditioning on to sleep. I live in Montana, so I'm anxious to see what happens this winter.
I do too. They say it's Raynaud's but like Vivi, my body temp is all over the place and can change fast. I'm 56 so everyone writes it off as menopause. Seeing my OB about HRT next month. Hoping that will help.
I also have the thing with my feet .it hurts to get in to take a bath or shower. I always thought it was because I had frost bite on my toes.
I also notice more sensitivity to cold. Some mornings my fingers and toes are like ice, the shower feels like it's boiling water-just on my fingers and toes. I also cant tolerate cool or cold air blowing directly on my.
Mine is like a rollercoaster, I can have times of feeling too warm then I have times of feeling cool. Like a few days ago I felt overheated a while but now feel I have cold feet (literally) and cool to the touch lower legs..😳🤯
