Hi MuhZaid, I have not tried coconut oil on my glans. I was having considerable psoriasis there. I did see some relief with 2.5% cortisone (with my doctors advice, I was worried about using it there) but the relief was short lived.I got Zoryve a few weeks ago now and it worked great. Sorry to hear that not your experience, it is a really tough place to have psoriasis!

While coconut oil has shown promise in helping manage psoriasis symptoms due to its anti-inflammatory properties and moisturizing effects, it's important to note that everyone's experience can be different. Some people may experience skin irritation or allergic reactions to coconut oil.

Before applying coconut oil to sensitive areas, it's essential to discuss this with your healthcare provider, especially since you're currently using Zoryve. They can help determine if adding coconut oil to your treatment plan is appropriate. If your doctor approves, here are some tips for using coconut oil:

• Warm the oil in your hands first as it's usually solid at room temperature
• Use a small amount initially to test for any adverse reactions
• Consider mixing it with other gentle moisturizers
• Only use pure, virgin coconut oil
• Stop use immediately if you experience any burning or irritation

Remember that natural remedies like coconut oil should complement, not replace, prescribed treatments.
