The best cream to use is baby aveeno it's done wonders to my son and my skin it really helps 😊

Please elaborate on how you use it. I have it for my scalp but not clear on washing hair daily before reapplying or just keep piling it on. I can't wash my hair daily cause I have skinny hair. Many thanks.

Have you ever used Aquaphor. You can also get a prescription called Clabetisol they have cream or ointment. I prefer the ointment. It's gold in a tube! Love it. Reduces the scaley patches.

- Ceramides to help strengthen the skin barrier
- Salicylic acid or lactic acid for managing scales
